Enjoy a Grand Tour of Italy

For this kind of tour, it is recommended that you make all of the arrangements for yourself. This means separate flights, a hired car to take you between the cities we will discuss and either hotels or for even more opulence, luxury Italy villas can be reserved along the way.

Your best starting point may well work out to be Milan - up in the far north of Italy. Milan will prove to be a fascinating city in itself, it will also give you ideal access to the Italian Alps and the lakes.

Then you head down to Florence and take in the museums and art galleries; followed by an obligatory stay in Rome: home to such great attractions as The Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and The Pantheon. There will be plenty to see here, so make sure you allow plenty of time to fit it all in.

Next, it will be The Neapolitan Riviera and this will allow you to explore the second largest city in Italy - Naples - and the historically important Roman settlement of Pompeii. If time allows, by all means continue south to Sicily, but as most people will be time restricted, your next stop will be the watery city of Venice.

Venice is one of the few cities on earth that must be seen before you die, or before it sinks beneath the waves, whichever comes soonest. With all of its buildings standing in the network of canals and St Marks Square - there is plenty to keep you fully entertained in this final city on our suggested tour.
